In order for Blizzard to perform your website maintenance, an Annual Design Maintenance Agreement (ADMA) will be necessary. Design maintenance, often called “changes” or “updates”, is defined as maintenance to an existing website to keep content fresh and up-to-date.

What can maintenance be used for?

The ADMA agreement is $500 for five hours of maintenance to be used throughout the 12-month agreement.

If you have a database website the ADMA agreement is $750 for six hours of maintenance to be used throughout the 12-month agreement. The reason for the increased rate is your website requires a specialized database designer to perform the maintenance, and typically you use more maintenance time overall.
